American Legion Texas Twelfth District

The Tuskegee Airmen Texas State Veterans Home opening celebration on Oct 21st was quite moving, with many dignitaries giving remarks. None were as moving as the guest of honor, 94 year old WWII veteran Tuskegee Airmen General Enoch "Woody" Woodhouse, pictured below with yours truly. Many Post 838 as well as other District 12 family attended. Lunch was catered and tasty. Quite the event.
