The Fort Worth Police Department invites all residents to participate in the 36th annual “National Night Out” celebration on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Residents are asked to turn on their outside lights and spend the evening outdoors with their neighbors, police officers and other City personnel. Neighborhood Crime Watch groups, Citizens on Patrol groups, Neighborhood Associations and other neighborhood groups are encouraged to host events during this year’s “National Night Out”. January 4, 2020 (Saturday) - Bowl For The Brave 

 The 17th edition of the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl will be played on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020 with kickoff set for 10:30 a.m. CT at TCU’s Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas, on ESPN. 

The game is slated to feature schools from the Mountain West Conference and Big Ten Conference.
